The first session is an introductory meeting — a chance for you and your therapist to get to know each other. It involves gathering background information, discussing what has brought you to therapy, and exploring what you hope to gain from the process.
Therapy is collaborative and paced according to your needs. Over time, sessions help uncover underlying patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and support lasting change.
